OPP LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCE IN LOCATING A STOLEN BOAT AND TRAILER

Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating the theft of a boat and trailer that were stolen from a Bobcaygeon marina.

Sometime between October 2 and October 5, 2021 a 1985 Charger Ferrari orange, 20 FT Ski boat (Hull ID: 1E050794) with a 300 HP 2008 Mercury Max motor, along with a 2016 EZ hauler trailer, were stolen from a marina on County Road 24, Bobcaygeon.

Investigators are requesting the public's assistance in identifying the suspect and locating the stolen items. Anyone with information is asked to call the Kawartha Lakes OPP detachment at 1-888-310-1122. Information can also be reported anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by going to www.khcrimestoppers.com and submitting an anonymous tip online.
